Joe Rinderknecht is the founder of Upgrade Partners Capital (Fund of Funds) and Cowboy Capital (GP Sponsor), a real estate investment firm specializing in acquiring and operating value-add apartment buildings under 100 units. He focuses on deals within a four-hour drive of his home, ensuring hands-on management and strong market expertise. His latest acquisition, a 54-unit property built in 1998, has seen a $2.5 million value increase in just six months through strategic improvements and operational efficiencies.

With nearly a decade of experience in commercial real estate, Joe has owned and invested in over 1,000 apartment units across Montana, Idaho, Utah, Texas, and Ohio. His background includes property management, construction management, asset management for large portfolios, and capital raising for various deals.

Joe earned his BS in Finance with a minor in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship from Utah State University in 2018. He also runs Tiny's Tribe, a 506(c) nonprofit dedicated to supporting families affected by life-changing accidents.

When he's not working on real estate deals, Joe enjoys fishing, traveling, and enjoying the outdoors with his wife and three children.

Levi Allen is the Principal of Wealth Creation Asset Management, a real estate investment company that acquires residential multi-family properties. Levi studied Business at BYU-Idaho in 2012-2013 and 2015-2017 after returning home from a 2-year church mission in Peru.

He acquired his first property in 2012 and immediately developed a passion for the real estate industry. Levi has focused full-time on rental housing. He takes pride in his ability to identify opportunities, execute on his vision for the property, maximizing profitability and ultimately, delivering above average returns for his investors.

As a principal, Levi has owned and asset managed over 1,000 units worth over $100 million. He has disposed of three assets in the past 24 months.

In addition to multi-family acquisitions and development, Levi's family, the Allen Family, own over 10,000 acres of farm and ranchland in eastern Oregon.

Tristan Farrow graduated from BYU-Idaho in April with a B.S. in Financial Economics and a minor in Data Science. During his time at BYU-Idaho, he served as President of the Real Estate Investment and Development Society, where he organized weekly meetings featuring industry professionals and led educational sessions on topics such as real estate underwriting, entitlements, and development.

Tristan also served as a co-lead on a team competing in the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Development Competition in Boise, where his team earned first place among five competing teams.

His professional experience spans sales, home warranties, residential real estate, and property remediation services. He is currently considering sitting for the Level I Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) examination next year.

Outside of work, Tristan enjoys fishing, hunting, hiking, and competitive sports.

Bryant Cottam is a banking professional with deep experience in mergers, acquisitions, strategic initiatives, and de novo bank formation for entities ranging from $1 billion to $65 billion in assets. His current role as Chief Financial Officer of a national full-service bank includes responsibilities over all key financial matters of the institution.

With over 20 years of experience in real estate investment through wholly owned investments as well as partnerships, Bryant has owned over 200 units. Bryant has extensive experience in real estate ownership and management.

Bryant is a CPA with a Master's degree from the University of Utah.

Bryant has been involved in several nonprofits including Boys and Girls Club, Big Brother Big Sister, and currently coaches for a high school mountain bike team. He enjoys biking, skiing, hiking, and other outdoor sports with his wife and four children.
